Resonant Is Now in Early Access
Today we're opening Resonant to early access. The app is functional, fast, and free to download. It's also not finished — and we want to be upfront about that.
What works today
The core experience is solid. You press a shortcut, speak, and your words appear as text in whatever app you're using. Dictation runs entirely on-device using local models optimized for Apple Silicon. No internet required, no account needed.
Memo mode lets you capture quick voice notes that stay on your Mac. Dispatch mode lets you issue voice commands to control your system — open apps, compose messages, trigger shortcuts.
What's still rough
This is a beta. Some edges aren't smooth yet. You might encounter occasional transcription quirks with uncommon vocabulary, or find that certain apps handle text insertion differently. We're actively polishing these details.
The early access period is about building in the open. We ship updates frequently, and your feedback directly shapes what gets fixed and built next.
Paid supporters get first access
If you've already purchased a plan, you're first in line. We're shipping the app to paid supporters before anyone else. A free tier with core dictation will follow once we're past the early access period.
In the meantime, let us know what you think. Your feedback shapes what gets built next.
