If you want a refund, you get a refund. No questions asked.
We want you to be happy with Resonant. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount you paid.
Send an email to support@resonant.app with the email address you used for the purchase. That's it.
You do not need to provide a reason, though we appreciate any feedback that helps us improve.
All payments are handled by our merchant of record, Paddle. Once we approve your refund request, Paddle will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content, this right expires once the download has begun with your express consent.
Our refund policy goes beyond this statutory requirement — you can request a refund at any time regardless of whether you have used the software.
